Customizing Your Settings
Your settings page lets you update personal information, manage your organization and team details, configure preferences, and control notifications. Different roles have different permissions—owners and admins can edit organization settings, while all users can update their personal profiles.

📋 Prerequisites:
- Active fivebucks.ai account
- Owner or Admin role (for organization settings)
- Access to email for profile changes
Step 1: Navigate to Your Profile Settings
From any page, click "Settings" in the sidebar, then select the "Profile" tab. This shows your current profile information.

Your profile shows:
- Personal Information: Name, email, and job title
- Organization Details: Company name, industry, website (for owners/admins)
- Team Information: Team name and size (for owners/admins)
Step 2: Edit Your Personal Information
Click "Edit Profile" to update your details. All team members can edit their personal information.

Fields you can edit:
- First Name: Your given name (required)
- Last Name: Your surname (required)
- Email: Your account email (used for login and notifications)
- Job Title: Your role in the organization (e.g., "Marketing Manager")
ℹ️ NOTE: Changing your email sends a verification to your new address. You'll need to confirm it before the change takes effect.
Step 3: Update Organization Settings (Owners/Admins)
If you're an owner or admin, you can also update organization details in the same form.

Organization fields:
- Company Name: Your business name (appears in invoices and content)
- Website URL: Your primary website (triggers AI analysis when changed)
- Industry: Your business category (helps optimize content generation)
- Team Name: Your workspace name (visible to all team members)
- Team Size: Number of employees (1-10, 11-50, 51-200, etc.)
💡 PRO TIP: Your website URL is used to help generate more relevant content. Website analysis is now managed at the project level for better organization-specific insights.
Step 4: Choose Your Theme Preference
Customize the app's appearance by selecting a theme. Click your profile icon in the top right corner to access theme settings.

Available themes:
- Light Mode: Always uses light theme (white background)
- Dark Mode: Always uses dark theme (dark background)
- System (Auto): Switches based on time of day (dark from 7 PM - 6 AM)
💡 PRO TIP: System mode adapts to your local time zone and reduces eye strain during evening hours while providing a bright interface during the day.
