What is the Scheduled Posts Calendar?
Your content calendar shows all articles scheduled for generation and publishing. View by week or month to plan your content strategy. Drag and drop to reschedule, or set up automation to generate and publish on schedule.
⏱️ Estimated Time: 3 minutes
📋 Prerequisites:
- Content plan created with scheduled articles
- At least one article scheduled for the future
- Active project selected
Step 1: Navigate to Scheduled Posts
From your dashboard, click "Scheduled Posts" in the sidebar to open your content calendar.

The calendar shows all articles from your content plans, organized by their scheduled publish date.
Step 2: Switch Between Calendar Views
Use the view selector at the top to switch between two different perspectives:
Week View
View 7 days at once with time slots showing when articles will be generated or published. Great for weekly content planning.
Month View (Default)
See your entire month's content schedule at a glance. Each day shows how many articles are scheduled with color-coded status indicators.

Step 3: Understanding Article Status Colors
Articles are color-coded by their current status:
- Scheduled (Green) - Article is ready and scheduled for generation or publishing
- Draft (Blue) - Content brief created but article not yet generated
- Processing (Orange) - Article is currently being generated by AI
- Posted (Purple) - Article has been published to your website or platform
💡 PRO TIP: Hover over any article in the calendar to see its full details including title, word count target, and scheduled time.
Step 4: Reschedule Articles
Click on any scheduled article to edit its date and time. A dialog opens with:
- Current scheduled date: The date the article is set for
- Time slot options: Choose from morning, afternoon, or evening (in your timezone)
- Article details: Title, status, and content brief information

ℹ️ NOTE: You can only schedule articles for future dates. The system automatically converts your local time to UTC to ensure articles publish at the correct time worldwide.
After selecting a new date/time, click "Save" to update the schedule. The calendar refreshes automatically.
Step 5: Configure Automated Scheduling
From the calendar page, click "Automation Settings" to configure:
- Auto-Generate Articles: Automatically generate articles X days before scheduled publish date
- Auto-Publish to CMS: Automatically publish generated articles to your connected platforms
- Social Media Posting: Auto-share articles to social media when published

ℹ️ NOTE: Automation settings apply to all articles in the current project. You can override these settings for individual articles if needed.
